Red Sea Houthis' deal with Russia and China for safe passage

The Houthis in Yemen have informed China and Russia that they can travel via the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden without fear of attack, according to a Thursday Bloomberg News story. According to Mohammed Abdulsalam, the movement's chief negotiator, they have assured China and Russia that their ships will cross the Red Sea without being attacked by the Houthis.
