Russia says 89 killed in Ukrainian missile attack, blames cellphone for strike

Russia's defence ministry has acknowledged that 89 servicemen died in a Ukrainian strike on Makiivka in Eastern Ukraine on New Year's Eve, and blamed the attack on unauthorised use of mobile phones by its forces.
